1)  1:11 p.m. GIRL  I think she's a daddy ditto.  Silver Tabby.

2)  3:51 p.m. BOY  He's just like the first baby only a little darker.
Came out two back legs first.
3)  5:27 p.m. GIRL  More of the same.   Just asked Mr. Puddin' for
a little variety next time.  :)  This gal is darker than her
siblings.  They all kinda' look like their daddy.
After further review...  Two girls and a boy.  Pretty sure
now but it's really hard to tell when they're so little.
I think Scooter's all done now.  I'll get pictures tomorrow.  Stay tuned.
04/24/09  Babies are a day old.

#1 Girl is the sassiest.  She may get some orange tint like her aunt "Baby".
#2 Boy
#2 boy is darker and his stripes are more prominent.

#3 girl was the most calm today.  Musta' had a full tummy.  She's darker so she may turn out to be more of a smoke like her mother.
As usual I didn't want to take them too far from their mother.  We'll get better pictures soon.
All of you who have dibs on these babies need to start thinkin' about whether you want girls instead.  The boy is probably going to live with Jorgina.
"Baby" is in with Mr. Puddin' right now.
Next litter
expected at the end of June.
If you go back to the previous two litters, links above, you'll see babies that look a lot like these guys.
I'm not seeing the bulls eyes on these guys.  The "M"'s are on their foreheads though.
All their noses look pretty extreme but it's kinda' early to tell.

Girl #1 is still the lightest.  She'll probably be mostly white with slight shades of gray.

She's the smallest of the three but they all have nice fat tummies.
Some of the pictures have a brownish tint.  The kittens are all totally white and silver and black.

Big boy!
Really reminds me of his daddy.  His stripes will be more visible when he's full grown.  I THINK.
Four days old!

Sorry about the quality of the photos.  I have several excuses.  :)
Lighting, their mama, the fact that my arms aren't long enough...

Pictures usually get better as they get older.
These guys will be ready to go to their new homes any time after June 11th.
I''ll start de-worming them at 2 weeks of age.
I think we're past the scary point and everybody will be fine.  I'll probably send in the litter registration next week.

Their faces are all pretty similar at this point.
It's fairly easy to tell them apart.  Lightest to darkest.
Scooter is being an excellent mama.  Shoulda' seen her when I let the youngest of my Akitas in.  She stood guard.
Good luck with that Scooter.  :)  Akitas are 80+ pounds.  That's why she and her little ones are locked in a big crate.
As soon as they start cruisin' around I'll put them in the kitty cage.  You can check that out here

Everybody seems to be doing great.  I wasn't very patient today cuz I'm beat from the weekend.  Next time I'll start with baby #3.  :)
It's really hard to get any cooperation.  :)
05/08/09 Two weeks and one day.

< Now I can't tell which one that is???  They're all starting to like their tummies rubbed.  I think the sun felt good.  :)
I think that's #1 petting #2.  :)
Yup, I had that right.  I love how their little paws are black on the bottom.  Just like Daddy.
They're maturing kinda' slowly.  I don't think I'm going to de-worm them, or move them to the big cage, quite yet.
I think they're fat and lazy.  :)
Their mama HATES when I take them outside.
She has to clean each one when I put them back.  Probably getting all my cooties off.  I think she's actually counting them.  :)

Pretty sure they're all show quality kittens.  Nice square bodies.  Nice ear sets.  Nice wide apart eyes.  Nice round, narrow, heads.  Nice thick bones.  Pretty PERFECT!!!  If I do say so myself.  hehe  Way to go Puddin' n' Scoot!
Can you tell them apart?
Baby #3 is the darkest on her back.  She has a rounder face and her eyes aren't quite as big as her brother and sisters. She doesn't have the stripes on her tail either.
Baby #1 has the lightest head and body.  Her face and eyes look a lot like her brothers.  Her tail is the most striped.
They're really starting to get adorable.  Precious little angels from God.
How cute is that?!?!?!

This little girl was the first to make it to the second level in their cage.
Her eyes are still blue but her brother and sister's are starting to change to green.
He's exactly like his daddy.  I just LOVE him!!!

She's the most cautious.  Takes her a minute to warm up to stuff.
I can't believe they're already four weeks old.
They should be ready to go to their new homes by the middle of June.
They're starting to wrestle and fight with each other.

Their coats are really starting to get nice.
All three have made it to the top level of their cage.
#2 Boy Boy was eating kitten chow today.  He's the biggest now too.  :)
They got their second de-worming.  All seems well.

"How perfect am I?"
#3
I contacted the "Longhaired Breed Executive Chairperson", at "ACFA", with some questions.  Believe it or not, she said she'd have to do some research and get back to me!
If SHE doesn't know why we can only register LEX v. LEX or LEX v. ESH, and not LEX v. Persian,  than WHO DOES?!?!
...and apparently I'm a mutt!
#3
"CFA" are actually the bad guys.  After speaking to them, on the phone, I went straight to "ACFA".  Course, "ACFA" did the exact same thing to me about 10 years ago.  Abruptly ceased registering LEX v. Himie.  Only they were at least nice enough to grandfather clause in the litter I had at the time.
